ONE FAMILY / SEPARATE FILES

Follow the conduct.
Keep the people distinct.

THE PROVEN CASES

Offenses and clemency.

Hunter’s gun verdict and tax plea were real legal outcomes. The pardon was broad and reversed his father’s promise. It was not an acquittal.

The prosecutions and their outcomes ↗

THE BUSINESS RECORD

Access is part of the story.

Relatives and associates earned money while invoking the family name. Meetings, payments and conflicts deserve scrutiny. Each alleged official favor needs its own proof.

What the inquiry did—and did not—establish ↗

THE CLAIMS THAT CHANGED

Corrections matter too.

The Smirnov bribery story was fabricated. Some laptop records were authenticated. Neither fact settles every other claim about the family.

The Burisma claims and the false informant ↗

THE FAMILY / THE BACKGROUND

A public life.
Different private choices.

Start with the people.

Joe Biden served in the Senate, as vice president and as president. Jill built a career in education. Beau served as Delaware attorney general and in the Army National Guard. Hunter’s business and legal history became a separate, consequential part of the public record.

James’s ventures, the other siblings’ roles and the family pardons deserve their own files. This collection does not assign responsibility by surname.

Read the family biography ↗

Then ask the precise question.

Who received the payment? Was Joe in office at the time? Is the document a proposal or a completed agreement? Did a witness describe a meeting, a request for access, or an actual official favor?

Those distinctions do not excuse misconduct. They let the evidence establish what happened without silently adding facts it cannot prove.

See the business-deal distinctions ↗

THE OUTCOME LEDGER

What is established?

These summaries do not replace the evidence. Open a case for the sources, responses and limits.

The family and the public career ↗

Documented history; individual responsibility

The family’s public service, losses and controversies are real history. A finding about one person does not establish misconduct by every relative.

Jill Biden: the public record ↗

Earned doctorate; teenage story unsupported

Jill Biden holds an earned Ed.D., not a medical degree. The evidence does not support the claim that she was Joe Biden’s teenage babysitter.

Burisma: the job, the prosecutor and the informant ↗

Documented work; disputed motives; fabricated claim

Hunter’s board position created a serious appearance problem. The public record does not establish that Joe fired Shokin to protect his son, and the Smirnov bribery account was discredited.

China: separate the companies, dates and transactions ↗

Documented transactions; contested involvement

Hunter had substantial Chinese business relationships. Fund assets, proposed equity and payments to relatives cannot simply be relabeled money paid to Joe Biden.

James Biden: Americore and the repayment checks ↗

Civil settlement; documented checks; disputed inference

James’s dealings merit scrutiny. The checks were accompanied by evidence of earlier loans; a fraud committed through an associated hospital is not automatically his crime.

What did the influence investigation actually establish? ↗

Documented access; contested conclusions

Family-name monetization is a supported criticism. A report or referral is not a conviction, and the public record reviewed here does not establish a paid official act by Joe.

The art, the buyers and the loans ↗

Documented transactions; bribery not established

The sales and financial support raise legitimate transparency questions. They are not, by themselves, proof that Joe Biden sold an official act.

Hunter’s criminal cases ↗

Verdict and plea; later pardoned

Three firearm counts were decided by a jury; nine tax counts ended in an accepted guilty plea. Neither proceeding tried Joe Biden for bribery.

The pardon for Hunter ↗

Full federal pardon

The December 1 warrant covers federal conduct from January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024, including uncharged conduct. It does not erase the historical verdict and plea.

Pardons for five relatives ↗

Clemency issued; authorization challenged politically

The public record establishes five named recipients and a nonviolent-federal-offense scope. No verified court ruling identified here has voided these pardons.

Investigators and professional consequences ↗

Mixed proceedings; discipline imposed

The record contains whistleblower allegations and institutional responses, voluntary dismissal of a tax-privacy suit, and two disbarments. None is a verdict on every family allegation.

The laptop, the letter and the platforms ↗

Authentic evidence; broader claims require separate proof

Treating the entire story as a proven Russian fabrication was unsupported. Treating every internet file and corruption claim as court-certified is also unsupported.

Classified records and the Hur investigation ↗

No charges recommended; disclosure disputes followed

Neither 'nothing happened' nor 'he was too senile to prosecute' accurately describes the charging analysis.

Age, health and the family's influence ↗

Documented campaign crisis; disputed knowledge and disclosure

The debate and family encouragement are documented. A precise undisclosed diagnosis, its onset and who knew it require additional evidence.

Personal allegations and stolen private material ↗

Theft established; other allegations require separate assessment

Authenticate the specific evidence and identify what a court actually decided. Private writings and allegations are not interchangeable with findings of abuse.

Paternity and child support ↗

Paternity established; later allegations need rulings

Hunter’s initial denial was contradicted by DNA evidence. Later support obligations and alleged breaches belong to the family-court record, not speculation about the child.

HOW TO READ THIS COLLECTION

Follow the evidence.
Keep the distinctions.

Ask what the record proves.

Bank records establish transactions. An email can record a proposal, boast or request. Testimony establishes what a witness said. A committee report’s conclusion is not a court judgment. Look for the link between payment, knowledge and a particular official act.

Read interested sources as interested sources.

Both congressional majority and minority material are linked alongside original transcripts, court decisions and independent reporting. A participant’s denial is part of the record, not automatic exoneration. A questioner’s premise is not a witness’s admission.

Privacy does not prevent scrutiny.

This guide discusses public conduct and adult legal obligations. It does not publish intimate images, diary dumps, private addresses or profiles of minor children. Ownership of a stolen item does not authenticate every online reproduction or inference.
