The strongest version of this theory

If it was easy in 1969, why so slow now?

Apollo went from first crewed flight to landing in less than a year. Artemis has taken years, been restructured, and lost a rover. To doubters that suggests no one really knows how to land on the Moon, and the Artemis II pictures were faked as well. [1][2]

What Artemis II did

A crew around the Moon, tracked worldwide.

Artemis II carried Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch and Canadian Jeremy Hansen around the Moon. They splashed down on 10 April 2026 after reaching 252,756 miles from Earth, farther than any crew before, beating Apollo 13’s record. [1]

NASA’s new plan makes Artemis III a 2027 test in Earth orbit with the SpaceX and Blue Origin landers, and Artemis IV the first landing, at the South Pole, in 2028. [2][3]

The slower pace reflects a smaller budget, new rockets and safety rules, and a harder target near the pole. Viral photos claiming to expose fakery were AI-made or old NASA images. [4]

What we can’t tell you. The 23 October 2026 briefing could change dates.
