LABELS

How to read this person file.

Court / DOJ

Charging documents, pleas, verdicts, and sentences lead when they exist. Pending cases stay pending.

What the MN House committee claims vs what DOJ charged

Status · contested

May 2026 Fraud Committee report stacks MEALS Act, Safari video, Guhaad, eight donors, and Bock emails into an Omar ‘conditions’ narrative. Separate politics from indictments.

The committee’s Feeding Our Future chapter asserts Omar created conditions via the MEALS Act, filmed at Safari, employed/associated Guhaad, took donations from listed defendants, and appears on Bock exhibit emails — then notes she declined to testify and a subpoena failed. [1][2] Useful as a map of the political case against her. Not a substitute for charging documents. Several building blocks are real (Safari video, Guhaad plea, exhibit titles, some donors). The leap to ‘she created/ran the fraud’ is the contested move.

Bottom line. Oversight narrative ≠ indictment.

POLITICAL / OMAR ADJACENCY

Labeled distance — not invented edges.

The Minnesota House subpoena that failed

Status · documented

The state fraud committee could not muster votes to subpoena Omar; the fight put Bock’s email exhibit list into news copy.

Session Daily and FOX 9 covered the failed May 2026 subpoena motion and the committee’s interest in her office’s FOF contacts. [1][2] A failed subpoena is not exoneration; it is a political-power fact.

Bottom line. Oversight theater with a real documentary hook (the emails).

RIVAL PATHS

Keep more than one reading open.

Court-first

Read Kristin Robbins through charging paper, pleas, and verdicts. Political adjacency is climate, not the verdict engine.

Access-enabled (contested)

Critics treat shared stages, donations, or staff contacts as part of why fraud persisted. Requires knowledge evidence — not proximity alone.

Ordinary representation (contested)

Allies treat contacts as normal politics before fraud was proven. Later crimes of others do not rewrite earlier advocacy.

Wrong-Omar caution

Keep Kristin Robbins distinct from Ilhan Omar, Omar Fateh, and other Omars. Identity hygiene is part of the product.
