The Southeastern Legal Foundation’s June 2022 Freedom of Information Act request sought records of accounts under “Robin Ware, Robert L. Peters and JRB Ware,” and the Archives confirmed it held nearly 5,400 records. The Post’s report said some were sent to Hunter; the content of most has not been released. [1]
Releases go through presidential records review. One 2025 notice covered 212 emails: 74 withheld in full, 89 to be opened in full and 49 in part. [2]
What we can’t tell you. Pseudonym accounts were also used by other officials; what the withheld messages contain is unknown.
