What Trump shared.
On 31 May 2025, two weeks after Biden’s cancer diagnosis was announced, Trump “ReTruthed” a post from another user claiming Biden had been executed in 2020 and saying: “Biden clones doubles & robotic engineered soulless mindless entities are what you see.” Snopes rated it true that he had shared it. [1][2]
The theory rests on comparisons of photos taken years apart under different lighting and lenses, and on ordinary aging. There is no evidence for it. [1]
What we can’t tell you. Trump did not explain why he reposted it.
