RECORD / AT A GLANCE

Pipeline documented; “government censorship” characterization disputed

The record shows a standing channel: government-linked and academic groups flagged posts to platforms, which acted on some of them. Whether that was coordinated censorship or voluntary moderation is the core dispute. Courts never reached the merits.
