Different evidence, different outcomes. Ivana’s 1990 claim needs especially careful handling.
Jessica Leeds said Trump groped her on a plane in the late 1970s or early 1980s; Rachel Crooks said he kissed her without consent at Trump Tower in 2005. Both told friends or family at the time, according to reporting. Trump denied both. [1]
Summer Zervos, a former Apprentice contestant, sued him for calling her a liar. She dropped the case in 2021 without payment; her lawyers said she stood by her account. A 2016 anonymous lawsuit accusing him of assaulting a 13-year-old alongside Epstein was withdrawn before any hearing, and its claims were never tested. [2][3]
In a 1990 divorce deposition, Ivana Trump used the word “rape” to describe an encounter. In 1993 she said she did not mean it “in a literal or criminal sense,” and in 2015 she called the story “totally without merit.” Both her original words and her retractions are part of the record. [4]
In October 2026 a local Florida outlet published a civil complaint by a woman alleging Trump assaulted her. It is an allegation in a lawsuit, not a finding, and this review could not independently verify it. [5]
