The newly released JFK records include the closed testimony of William Harvey, who ran the CIA’s assassination capability. He confirmed a “general philosophic discussion of assassination and assassination techniques” with Sidney Gottlieb. [1] Gottlieb had already prepared poison for Lumumba. [2] Believers argue that the same people who planned killings abroad could have done so at home, and that the files were held back for decades for a reason. [3]
