Jackson was the legal father of all three children, and his will named them as his heirs. After his death Katherine Jackson became their guardian under an agreement with Debbie Rowe, the mother of the older two. [1]

The strongest version of the paternity claim is that the children look nothing like him and that he had reasons to use a donor. The actor Mark Lester, an old friend, said he believed he was Paris’s biological father and offered a test. [2] People reported denials from people around the family. [3] The dermatologist Arnold Klein, whom some rumors named, said he was not the father “to the best of my knowledge”. [4]

No DNA result has been published. The children, who are adults now, have said publicly that they consider him their father. The fair answer is that the biological question is unproven either way and is the children’s own business; the legal one was never in doubt.
